Customer Experience Advisor
Customer Experience Advisor
As a Customer Experience Advisor, you're often the first and most important point of contact our customers have with Voxelvu. You'll handle questions about orders, sizing, delivery, and returns with warmth and clarity — turning everyday problems into reasons for customers to trust us. This role is fully remote within the UK.
What you'll do
- Answer customer emails and messages clearly, warmly, and on time
- Resolve order, sizing, delivery, and return questions from start to finish
- Spot recurring issues and flag them so we can fix the root cause
- Keep our help content and replies accurate and on-brand
What we're looking for
- Excellent written and spoken English is essential
- Calm, patient, and genuinely helpful under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and good judgement
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or support is a plus

Social Media & Content Creator
As our Social Media & Content Creator, you'll own how Voxelvu shows up across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. You'll plan and create content, build a genuine connection with our community, shape our brand voice, and help turn an engaged audience into loyal customers. A creative, hands-on, fully remote role with real ownership.
What you'll do
- Plan, create, shoot, and schedule content across our channels
- Grow and engage our community every day
- Develop and protect a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
- Track performance and turn insights into stronger content
What we're looking for
- A sharp eye for style, trends, and storytelling
- Strong writing skills and a feel for brand voice
- Hands-on experience growing social channels
- Comfortable creating and lightly editing photo and video

E-commerce Operations Coordinator
E-commerce Operations Coordinator
As our E-commerce Operations Coordinator, you'll be the engine room of Voxelvu. Based at our Manchester office, you'll make sure orders flow smoothly from checkout to doorstep — coordinating fulfilment, keeping inventory accurate, and solving the day-to-day operational puzzles that keep customers happy.
What you'll do
- Oversee daily order processing and coordinate fulfilment
- Monitor stock levels and keep inventory accurate
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues
- Support product uploads, pricing, and store maintenance
What we're looking for
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new tools
- A calm, proactive problem-solver who takes ownership
- Based in or near Manchester and able to work from our office
