Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no additional charges. Voxelvu currently ships exclusively within the UK.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT begin processing the next business day. After dispatch, delivery takes an estimated 3 to 8 business days — a total of approximately 4 to 11 business days from purchase to delivery.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused, and resalable condition, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. To start a return, email support@voxelvu.com with your order number and reason — once approved, we'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions. Returns are sent to Devonshire St N, Manchester M12 6JH, United Kingdom, and we charge no restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team at support@voxelvu.com. You also have a 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law. If your order has already shipped, please follow our return process instead.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All prices are shown in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of applicable VAT, with no hidden fees. Payments are processed securely over SSL-encrypted (HTTPS) connections and are PCI DSS compliant.
What if my order arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us at support@voxelvu.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping and provide a full refund or a replacement at no extra charge.
